An industrial loft transformed into a warm, inviting space for modern city living.
Located in Soho, Manhattan, this project balances industrial heritage with warm domesticity. We preserved the exposed cast-iron pillars but introduced curved timber partitioning to break the boxy structure. The centerpiece is a master closet and desk block constructed from raw American walnut and patinated steel plates. Brushed brass fixtures throughout add a subtle metallic shine that ages elegantly with use.
